• Travel details: date, hotels, pickup and destination points, schedules, flight number, passengers, and luggage.
• Preferences, special requests, reservation history, and messages sent through forms, email, or WhatsApp.
• Payment information or transaction traceability processed through secure providers; Anyplace Costa Rica does not store full card details.
• AI Assistant Conversations: Messages, questions, and data that the user voluntarily inputs into the automated chat.

3. Use of Information

Information is used only for purposes related to our services:

• Managing reservations, quotes, payments, billing, and confirmations.
• Coordinating private transportation, tours, schedules, routes, providers, and customer support.
• Responding to inquiries, sending service-related information, and improving the user experience.
• Complying with applicable legal, accounting, tax, and safety obligations in Costa Rica.
• Artificial Intelligence Processing: Some inquiries made through our virtual assistant may be processed by external artificial intelligence service providers, such as OpenAI, for the purpose of generating responses and providing the assistant's functions. The information may be subject to technical processing and retention periods established by the provider and by the configuration of the service used. 4. Protection and Processing Principles

We apply reasonable measures and responsible processing principles to protect personal information:

• Consent and transparency: we collect data when users provide it or when it is necessary for the requested reservation.
• Purpose limitation: data is not used for purposes unrelated to tourism service management, support, or legal compliance.
• Data quality: we seek to keep information updated and accurate according to what the client provides.
• Security: we implement reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse of information.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or commercialize personal information.

We may share data only when necessary to provide the requested service, coordinate providers directly related to the booking, process payments, provide technical support, or comply with legal obligations.

We will retain information for as long as necessary to manage reservations, answer inquiries, provide support, comply with legal obligations, or keep applicable accounting and tax records.
